Starbreeze AB : Starbreeze welcomes senior technology veteran Emmanuel Marquez to its management team

Starbreeze AB, an independent creator, publisher and distributor of high quality entertainment products, today welcomed Emmanuel Marquez, present CTO of the company, to its management team.

Mr. Marquez, recently holding a position as a Senior Manager at AMD, joined Starbreeze in November 2014 and has since built the company's engineering team. Emmanuel is now responsible for driving the company's integrated vision of development in both hardware and software for its StarVR initiative and further developments of the recently acquired Valhalla engine amongst other tasks.

Now joining the Management Team, Mr Marquez will provide invaluable insights to Starbreeze strategic direction. Accordingly, his holdings have now been registered on the company's insider ownership list. Following the sale to Starbreeze of the Valhalla engine through Valhalla Sarl. in July 2015, Mr Marquez holds 1 387 500 A shares and 2 775 000 B shares in Starbreeze, representing 2,07 per cent of votes and 1,82 per cent of capital.
