Starbreeze AB : Starbreeze CEO Bo Andersson Klint indirectly increases his holding in Starbreeze AB

Starbreeze has been informed by its largest owner Varvtre AB that the company is now solely owned by Bo Andersson Klint, CEO of Starbreeze. Varvtre AB currently holds 12.7% of Starbreeze shares. 

The change in ownership comes as the prior co-owner of Varvtre AB, Ulf Andersson, brother of Bo, and former Creative Director has decided to leave Starbreeze. Ulf will remain as a consultant to the board and management team for the next 24 months.
