Starbreeze AB : PAYDAY 2 for SteamOS out now - Free for existing PAYDAY 2 owners on the Steam platform

Starbreeze AB, an independent creator, publisher and distributor of high quality entertainment products, today announced the release of PAYDAY 2 for the SteamOS operating system with a standard price of $19.99/€19.99. Available immediately, the update is free for all existing PAYDAY 2 owners on the Steam platform, as well as customers having previously purchased the Alienware Steam Machine. The SteamOS version of the game will additionally support the Steam Controller and SteamCloud - a feature that enables users to sync their save files between the different operating systems.

The SteamOS version of PAYDAY 2 will continuously be updated day and date with the existing Windows version of the game. PAYDAY 2 on Steam can be found here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/218620/

First launched in 2011, PAYDAY is a cooperative first-person shooter computer and video game franchise with more than 9 million players on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
