Starbreeze AB : Digital Bros increases its investment in Starbreeze AB via Varvtre AB

The board has been informed that Digital Bros has agreed to acquire from Varvtre AB a total of 1,167,278 Starbreeze AB common shares for USD 3.32 million. The purchase will be made in two steps (1 January 2016, 1 April 2016) at an average price of USD 2.7414 (approx. 22.85 SEK) per share.

Together with the first investment announced March 23 2015, Digital Bros ownership in Starbreeze by the final date in April 2016 will be 5 million shares, corresponding to 3.45% of the company, based on the current actual number of outstanding shares.

The total investment will be USD 8.2 million and the combined average price per purchased share will be USD 1.64.
