Starbreeze AB: 505 Games acquires the game "Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons" from Starbreeze AB

Starbreeze AB, an independent creator, publisher and distributor of computer and video games, announced today that it has signed an agreement for the sale of its game "Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons" for a total sum of US$ 500 000 in cash. The game has sold more than a total of 800.000 units worldwide during its lifetime.

The transaction includes both the full entitlement to the game as well as related trademarks and domain names.

Going forward, we will continue development focused on expansive design, a concept proven with the PAYDAY-franchise.
