Staples Announces Partnership In South Africa And Romania - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Office supplies retailer Staples, Inc. (SPLS) Wednesday announced a partnership with Bidvest Waltons, a South African office products company, and Dacris, a distributor of office supplies in Romania. The company expects the partnerships would help to grow presence in EMEA region.

The company said these deals will enable customers with global presence to further extend their global procurement programs through a single source solution. This will simplify ordering processes, identify ways to reduce overall costs and gain better insights into their spending trends.

Christian Horn, Senior Vice President, Staples Advantage, Europe, said, "Our goal is to help our customers consolidate spend by allowing them to purchase everything they need from a single source.
