SPL Acquires the Lab and Measurement Services Business of Banded Iron US Inc., Formerly Known as Zedi US Inc.

HOUSTON, Nov. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- SPL, Inc., a leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) for the energy industry, announced today that they have purchased the laboratory and measurement services business of Banded Iron Group (BIG) US Inc., formerly known as Zedi US Inc. By combining these businesses, SPL will provide customers with expanded laboratory testing, inspection, and measurement capabilities, enhanced by cloud-based digital compliance solutions, to help them make more accurate real-time decisions.
