SL Green Realty Q3 FFO Up

(RTTNews) - SL Green Realty Corp. (SLG) Wednesday reported third-quarter funds from operations of $127.5 million or $1.28 per share, compared to $127.4 million or $1.34 per share last year.

Adjusted FFO rose to $154.7 million or $1.55 per share from $125.0 million or $1.32 per share last year.

Net income for the quarter rose to $64.7 million or $0.68 per share from $37.0 million or $0.40 per share last year.

Revenues for the quarter rose to $390.3 million from $338.8 million last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit of $1.45 per share on revenues of $290.39 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
