SFL welcomes the Parisian headquarters of Hugo Boss to the "Louvre des Entreprises”

HUGO BOSS France has signed a lease for 2,500 sq.m. of offices in the "LOUVRE DES ENTREPRISES”, which is located on the Place du Palais Royal in the 1^st arrondissement of Paris and is owned by SOCIETE FONCIERE LYONNAISE (Paris:FLY).

HUGO BOSS will establish its Parisian headquarters in these fully renovated offices.

The Louvre des Entreprises has long been occupied by major public institutions such as the Council of State and the Bank of France, which are now releasing very large work spaces and which will continue to do so in the future. This is creating opportunities for leading businesses to establish high-quality offices in a unique and exceptionally well-connected building.

In this transaction, HUGO BOSS was advised by CATELLA PROPERTY and SFL was advised by KEOPS Colliers International.
