Senior Housing Properties Trust Q4 Income Rises 24%

(RTTNews) - Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) released a profit for its fourth quarter that rose compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $112.98 million, or $0.48 per share. This was up from $91.26 million, or $0.45 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 16.4% to $267.52 million. This was up from $229.81 million last year.
