    PUNE, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2005--Saba (Nasdaq:SABA), the leading provider of integrated human capital management (HCM) solutions, today announced the commencement of operations at its second development center in India. This center, located in Pune, is expected to employ approximately 60 developers. The initial development center in Mumbai was set up in 1999 and today has over 100 employees.
    Inaugurating the Pune Center, Mr. Bobby Yazdani, chairman and CEO of Saba Software said, "I am delighted that we are expanding into our second facility in India.
