Ross Curtis Named Senior Vice President of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Curtis, 33, is responsible for underwriting internationalproperty catastrophe reinsurance business for the Company's largestbusiness segment. He joined Renaissance in 1999 as a CatastropheReinsurance Analyst, later becoming an International PropertyCatastrophe Underwriter at Renaissance. Mr. Curtis continues to be anactive participant in the ongoing development of the Company'sproprietary Renaissance Exposure Management System (REMS(C)) andadditional portfolio analysis methodologies.

Mr. Curtis earned an M.A. in Philosophy from University ofEdinburgh, Scotland.
