Rocket Fuel Prices Follow-On Offering At $61.00 Per Share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Rocket Fuel Inc. (FUEL), a technology company, Thursday announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 5 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $61.00 per share.

Rocket Fuel is offering 2 million shares and some selling stockholders are offering 3 million shares.

Additionally, certain of the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock from them to cover over-allotments.

Rocket Fuel will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by selling stockholders.

Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Credit Suisse and Citigroup are the representatives of the underwriters for the offering.

Needham & Company, Oppenheimer & Co., Piper Jaffray and BMO Capital Markets are acting as co-managers.
