Reports: Dell Inc. Nears Deal On Non-core IT Consulting Division

(RTTNews) - As per media reports, Dell Inc. (DELL) is nearing an agreement on the sale of the company's non-core IT consulting division to NTT DATA Corp., based in Japan. The sale is reportedly valued at approximately $3.5 billion. NTT Data will acquire around 28,000 employees located in India and North America from Dell Inc.
