RealPage Slips To Loss In Q2; Issues Q3 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - RealPage, Inc. (RP) Tuesday reported second-quarter net loss of $6.3 million or $0.08 per share, compared to net income of $4.6 million or $0.06 per share in the same period last year.

Revenues increased to $94.99 million from $94.45 million last year, while seven analysts expected revenues of $95.98 million.

Looking ahead to the third quarter, the company expects adjusted earnings to be in the range of $0.08 to $0.09 per share, with adjusted revenues in the order of $101.0 million to $103.0 million.

Analysts currently expect the company to earn $0.10 per share on second-quarter revenues of $101.90 million.

For calendar year ended December 31, 2014, the company expects adjusted earnings to be in the range of $0.37 to $0.40 per share, with adjusted revenues in the order of $400.0 million to $405.0 million.

Analysts now expect earnings of $0.45 per share on revenues of $404.89 million.
