Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS) is up six tenths of a percent to $202.00 after its first quarter results beat analysts' estimate on a wider margin. The company also raised its quarterly dividend to $0.65 per common share.

Citigroup Inc. (C) is up over 1 percent to $54.05. The company's first quarter earnings improved on year and also topped Street view on adjusted basis. Meanwhile, revenues declined from the year-ago quarter.

Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) is rising 11 percent to $529.01. The company reported strong subscriber growth for its first quarter and its adjusted earnings topped expectations. At the same time, the company detailed some weak earnings outlook for the second quarter, due to the expected content expenses related to Australia and New Zealand.

UnitedHealth Group Inc. (UNH) is gaining nearly 3 percent to $120.55 as its first quarter results topped Wall Street view. The company also raised its 2015 forecast.

Philip Morris International, Inc. (PM) is rising 4 percent to $81.48 as its first quarter adjusted results topped Street view and it also raised its 2015 earnings guidance.

Blackstone Group L.P. (BX) is up 3 percent to $42.25 as its quarterly earnings and revenue increased sharply from the year-ago quarter and came above Wall Street view.

Travelzoo Inc. (TZOO) is gaining over 12 percent to $11.55 as its first quarter results beat analysts' estimates, despite declining from the year-ago quarter.

Decliners:

SanDisk Corp. (SNDK) is down 7 percent to $65.90 as its first quarter profit declined 86 percent from the prior year period, hurt by lower revenue as well as impairment and restructuring charges. Earnings per share, excluding items, missed analysts' view, while revenue just managed to beat analysts' forecast.
