PolyOne Corp Q1 Earnings Climb 1%

(RTTNews) - PolyOne Corp (POL) announced a profit for its first quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $48.8 million, or $0.59 per share. This was higher than $48.2 million, or $0.56 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 6.1% to $898.8 million. This was up from $847.0 million last year.
