OmniComm Systems Acquires Promasys BV

(OMCM) said Tuesday that it has acquired Promasys BV, a privately held Netherlands based company dedicated to the development and marketing of clinical trial software and related services designed specifically for academic research and investigator initiated trials.

Promasys BV boasts satisfied customers in the EU as well as China, Japan, Korea, and India -- densely populated, significant emerging markets. The Promasys software features localized foreign-language support making it easily deployed in most of the world including the Asia/Pacific region.
