NorthStar Realty To Acquire €1.1 Billion Pan European Class A Office Portfolio

(RTTNews) - NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NRF) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a €1.1 billion European office portfolio in cooperation with Cale Street Partners.

The company said the portfolio is comprised of 11 Class A office properties located across gateway cities in seven of top markets: London, UK; Paris, France; Hamburg, Germany; Milan, Italy; Brussels, Belgium; Amsterdam and Rotterdam, Netherlands; and Gothenburg, Sweden.

The Portfolio consists of 186,299 square meterswith a well-diversified mix of market leading tenants.
