Nordea Kredit (CSE:NDAR):

The following security codes have been added to the final terms of variable interest rate callable and non-callable covered mortgage bonds (SDRO):

Variable interest rate annuity bond with option for interest-only period of 1-10 years, non-callable

The Bonds are subject to new Legislation, with the Danish Parliament’s adoption of amendments to the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc Act and the Danish Financial Business Act regarding regulation of refinancing risk for covered mortgage bonds etc on 11 March 2014.
