NextEra Energy Partners LP Q3 Income Rises 2600%

(RTTNews) - NextEra Energy Partners LP (NEP) released earnings for its third quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $27 million, or $0.62 per share. This was higher than $1 million, or $0.05 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.30 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 61.7% to $186 million. This was up from $115 million last year.
