National Oilwell Varco Q4 Profit Declines - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - National Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NOV) reported that its fourth-quarter net income attributable to company decreased to $658 million or $1.53 per share, from $668 million or $1.56 per share, last year. Excluding $16 million in pre-tax transaction charges, net income was $670 million, or $1.56 per share, for the quarter.
