Nasdaq: Tech Data Stock Subject To Delisting - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department has notified Tech Data Corp. (TECD) that the company's common stock will be subject to delisting, as it has not fulfilled Nasdaq's continued listing requirement.

The company therefore plans to timely request a hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel, where the company will present its plan for regaining compliance with the rule, and request continued listing pending its return to compliance.

The hearing request automatically stays the delisting for a period of 15 calendar days from the date of the request. The company will also request the panel to continue the stay of delisting until the conclusion of the hearing process.
