Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust declares October 2013 distribution of 8 cents per unit

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Oct. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: MRT.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 8 cents per unit for the month of October 2013.  The distribution will be payable on November 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as at October 31, 2013.

Morguard REIT is a closed-end real estate investment trust, which owns a diversified portfolio of 54 high quality retail, office and mixed-use properties in Canada with an approximate value of $2.8 billion and comprising approximately 9.1 million square feet of leaseable space.
