Marsh Names Courtney Leimkuhler CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Marsh, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc. (MMC), announced that Courtney Leimkuhler will assume the role of chief financial officer effective March 1, 2015. She will succeed CFO Paul Malvasio, who is retiring in March after a distinguished career that spans more than four decades.

Leimkuhler, who has served as CFO of Marsh's US and Canada Division since December 2013, will continue to be based in New York.

Prior to joining Marsh, Leimkuhler spent nine years at NYSE Euronext, where most recently she led corporate strategy and implementation and was responsible for all mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and divestitures. She also spent several years at Goldman Sachs in the equities and principal investing divisions.
