Les Nouveaux Constructeurs – Change in Corporate Governance

Les Nouveaux Constructeurs (Paris:LNC), a leading residential and commercial real estate developer, has announced a change in its corporate governance structure.

Olivier Mitterrand, the company’s founder, will step down as Chairman of the Management Board to become member of the Supervisory Board. His election as Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be submitted to shareholders at the next Annual Meeting on May 24.

Effective that date, Moïse Mitterrand, member of the company’s Management Board since January 1, 2011, will be appointed Chairman.

Other than this succession, which has long been planned, and subject to approval by the Supervisory Board, the Management Board will retain its current membership and operating procedures.

Effective May 24, 2013, the Management Board will therefore comprise the following members:
- Moïse Mitterrand, Chairman
- Fabrice Desrez, Chief Executive Officer
- Ronan Arzel
- Paul-Antoine Lecocq
- Jean Tavernier.
