Lagardère SCA (Paris:MMB) announces that the Report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board concerning the membership of the Board, the application of the principle of balanced representation of women and men on the Board, the conditions under which the Board’s work is prepared and organized and the internal control and risk management procedures applied by the Company and the information relating to the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors are provided respectively in Chapter 7 (section 7.4.2) and Chapter 6 (Note 37) of the Reference Document including the Annual Financial Report – Year 2014 filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 1^st April 2015.
