Woetzel, executive vice president and chief information officer of The Bank of New York, has been named to IDG's Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leaders list for 2005. Mr. Woetzel was selected from a pool of 600 candidates that represented a broad spectrum of industries and included many of the nation's top technologists.
    Mr. Woetzel is responsible for The Bank of New York's information technology infrastructure and oversees the software development functions for the Bank's businesses worldwide.
