Following mistaken information published so far in the financial and economic press, Korian (Paris:KORI) has not made a private placement of its existing shares.

The placement, conducted on behalf of the company Covéa Finance, is independent of Korian. This operation completes the selling of its shares Covéa Finance initiated this summer.
