Kofax Sees Q1 Revenue Below Consensus; Cuts FY15 Revenue Outlook

(RTTNews) - Kofax Ltd.(KFX, KFX.L) said Wednesday that it expects first quarter revenue to be in the range of $67 million to $69 million and adjusted revenue for the quarter to be in the range of $68 million to $70 million.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to post revenue of $75.41 million for the first quarter.

For the fiscal year 2015, the company now expects revenue of $314 million to $328 million and adjusted revenue of $317 million to $331 million. Previously, the company forecast revenues of $339 million to $347 million and adjusted revenues of $343 million to $351 million. Street expects the company to report revenue of $338.65 million for the year.
