JCDecaux SA: Publication of the 2012 Reference Document

JCDecaux SA (Paris:DEC), the No.1 outdoor advertising company in the world, is pleased to announce the publication of its 2012 Reference Document.

It was filed today with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers – AMF).

The document is available on the Company’s website www.jcdecaux.com. Hard copies can also be obtained from the company’s registered office at 17 rue Soyer – 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.

The following documents are included in the 2012 Reference Document:

• the report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on corporate governance, and internal control and risk management procedure;
• the 2012 annual financial report;
• the description of the share buyback program.

Pursuant to the Afep-Medef Code, the 2012 Reference Document also contains all the information regarding the remuneration of the Executive Management Board members.
