Jabil Board Declares Qtly Dividend Of $0.08/shr, Authorizes Up To $1 Bln Share Buyback - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Manufacturing solutions provider Jabil Inc. (JBL) announced Friday that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock, payable on September 2, 2021 to shareholders of record as of August 13, 2021. Jabil has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends on its common shares since May 15, 2006.

Separately, Jabil also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $1 billion in common stock. The shares will be repurchased from time-to-time through fiscal year 2023 using various methods.
