Invesco Ltd. Announces 4% Fall In Q3 Profit

(RTTNews) - Invesco Ltd. (IVZ) reported a profit for third quarter that fell from last year.

The company said its bottom line fell to $261.4 million, or $0.61 per share. This was down from $271.4 million, or $0.64 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.62 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.2% to $903.0 million. This was down from $913.7 million last year.
