"All in all what you're talking about is a mixed economic picture indicating weak employment numbers, with basically inflation undercontrol, and a dovish Fed. That's really a recipe for advancement. The one thing that was really holding things down was the uncertainty about the debt-limit and that seems to have been postponed to the future. Even though it's only a few months, on Wall Street, that's an eternity," says Roberts.
