Inteliquent Names Kurt Abkemeier CFO

(RTTNews) - Inteliquent, Inc. (IQNT) said Monday that it has appointed Kurt Abkemeier as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, effective immediately.

Eric Carlson, Inteliquent's interim principal financial officer and interim principal accounting officer from August 2013 until Abkemeier's appointment, will continue to serve as the company's Controller.

Prior to joining Inteliquent, Abkemeier served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Cbeyond, Inc. from 2005 to 2012. Prior to Cbeyond, he was the Director of Finance and Strategic Planning at AirGate PCS, Inc., a regional wireless telecommunications service provider.
