Integrated Device Names Gregory Waters CEO

(RTTNews) - Integrated Device Technology Inc. (IDTI), the analog and digital company, said Tuesday it has named Greg Waters as president, CEO and board member, effective January 6, 2014.

Jeff McCreary, who served as interim CEO since August 2013, will remain a member of the IDT board.

According to the company, Waters has a good track record of delivering profitable and sustainable businesses. He previously was executive vice president for Skyworks Solutions. Prior to that, he served in several executive positions at Agere Systems. He began his career at Texas Instruments.
