iLinc Launches Customer Advisory Board, Brings End-User Focus to Company Initiatives, Product Development

iLinc Communications, Inc. (AMEX:ILC), a leading provider of Web conferencing software and audio conferencing services, announced today that it has created a customer advisory board in an effort to more fully involve customers in the design and development of its products and services. Members of the board were invited to participate by iLinc and represent customers from a cross-section of industries from across the U.S. iLinc’s customer advisory board will meet four times per year via Web conference and in person. Board members will further participate in a number of meaningful ways, including product surveys, user focus groups, feedback on future product development. As well, Advisory Board members will provide information and analysis affecting their industry’s online training and meeting needs.
