Most recently, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Kmart Holding Corporation (NASDAQ:KMRT), and Red Hat (NASDAQ:RHAT), a leading provider of open source software, have selected Convergys for outsourced learning services.

    A learning client since 2000, Red Hat, a premier Linux and open source provider, recently expanded its agreement for Convergys' Customer For-Profit Training Solution.
