Hoylu AB (publ) ("Hoylu") has completed the directed shares issue previously announced on June 12, 2017 and as a result the number of shares in Hoylu has increased by 1,699,999 new shares.

Hoylu's share capital has increased from 708,976 SEK to 849,122 SEK divided into 10,299,999 shares.
