Quarterly revenues grew to $2.56 billion, from $2.20 billion a year earlier, whereas 5 analysts estimated revenues of $2.49 billion for the quarter.

Further, the company said that a previously announced quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share is payable on July 1, 2014 to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2014.
