GOL July Domestic Load Factor Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Brazilian low-cost low-fare airline GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (GOL) said that domestic load factor for the month of July 2015 grew 4.4 percentage points to a record 84.3 percent from July 2014.

Domestic demand for the month grew 10.7 percent over last year, and domestic supply improved 4.8 percent in July.

The international market increased capacity by 8.3 percent and demand improved 11.9 percent, leading to a load factor of 76.5 percent.

In July, the airline reached a total of 3.7 million passengers transported, an increase of 6.9 percent from July 2014.

With this result, GOL maintains its position as the airline that transports the largest number of passengers in the Brazilian market.
