Gilat Satellite Secures $18 Mln Order For In-Flight Connectivity Solutions

The order involves Gilat SkyEdge platforms, related services, and Solid State Power Amplifiers. The equipment and services will be delivered within the next 12 months.

Gilat said the company's design provides reliable satellite connections, helping In-Flight Connectivity networks grow quickly. Further, the company expects growing demand for advanced connectivity solutions for In-Flight Connectivity market.

Friday, GILT had closed 1.71% higher at $5.96 on the Nasdaq. In the pre-market trading, GILT is 1.34% further high at $6.04.
