Genpact Signs 5-yrs Deal To Manage Credit Agricole's U.S. IT Operations

(RTTNews) - Genpact Limited (G) announced a five-year, multimillion dollar services agreement to manage the U.S. IT operations for Credit Agricole CIB, the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Credit Agricole group (CRARF.PK, CDA.L, ACA).

As per the terms of the outsourcing agreement, Genpact will provide end-to-end IT services to the U.S. entity of Credit Agricole CIB's business, including IT development and maintenance, production support, infrastructure management and user support including the trading floor.

Genpact stated that it will provide the services from New York City and other global delivery locations in its footprint. The majority of the current IT staff of Credit Agricole CIB will become employees of Genpact and will continue to be based in New York City, and a number of them will be assigned to this project. Credit Agricole CIB operates in 50 countries, employing about 12,000 employees.
