Ferrellgas Partners Prices Offering At $23 Per Unit

(RTTNews) - Ferrellgas Partners L.P. (FGP) on Tuesday said it has priced its public offering of about 6.33 million common units representing limited partner interests in FGP at a price to the public of $23.00 per unit.

FGP has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 948,750 common units.

The offering is expected to close on June 8.

FGP intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of about $139.7 million (or about $160.6 million if the underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional units in full) to fund a portion of the cash portion of the consideration for the pending acquisition of all of the outstanding membership interests in Bridger Logistics LLC and its subsidiaries.
