Fairchild Sports to Expand G-Line, Hires 'Super Sarah' as Global Merchandising Manager

Fairchild Sports, a global distributor of quality motorsport brands, today announced it has hired Sarah Schilke as globalmerchandising and category manager for the G-Line brand of motorcyclegear made for women by women under the guidance of Hein Gericke, thecompany's apparel brand. Schilke, a 12-year veteran of the motorcycle industry, joins HeinGerick and parent Fairchild Sports (parent company NYSE:FA) from theAmerican Motorcyclist Association where she served for seven years aswestern advertising manager for American Motorcyclist Magazine.

Schilke has extensive street and dirt motorcycle experience,including a successful career as an amateur desert and motocrossracer, where she acquired the moniker "Super Sarah." She has been astrong advocate for women motorcycle riders and is a frequently quotedspokesperson on the topic of women in motorcycling. Her personal Website, http://www.supersarah.net, is a popular spot for motorcycleenthusiasts. She holds an MBA in marketing from CSU Long Beach, andcurrently resides in Long Beach, Calif. Schilke will be located atHein Gericke's European Headquarters in Dusseldorf, Germany. She willbe charged with global marketing of the G-Line and with productevolution.
