Exterran Posts Profit In Q4, Announces Dividend
(RTTNews) - Oil and gas services provider Exterran Holdings, Inc. (EXH) Tuesday said fourth-quarter net income attributable to Exterran stockholders was $22.65 million or $0.34 per share, compared to a net loss of $5.74 million or $0.07 per share last year.
Excluding items, net income from continuing operations attributable to Exterran stockholders was $12.0 million or $0.18 per share, while it totaled $7.7 million or $0.13 per share last year.
On average, 9 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $0.15 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The latest figure excluded a $9.0 million valuation allowance recorded against the deferred tax asset in Italy and non-cash pretax long-lived asset impairment charges of $3.9 million related to North America contract operations business.
Revenue decreased to $739.02 million from $837.07 million for the fourth quarter 2012. Wall Street expected revenues of $728.32 million.
The company also announced initial quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share.
