Exterran Holdings Names Jon Biro CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Exterran Holdings, Inc. (EXH) Monday said it has appointed Jon Biro as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective Sept. 22, 2014. Earlier, the company's CFO William Austin had announced his retirement, from April 4, 2014.

Biro most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Graphics, Inc., an international commercial printer . Before joining Consolidated Graphics, he had held leading positions including that of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, with ICO, Inc., an international oilfield services and specialty polymers business.
