Express Scripts Holding Company to Cancel Investor Day Meeting

ST. LOUIS, March 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Scripts Holding Company (Nasdaq: ESRX) ("Express Scripts") announced today it cancelled its previously announced investor day meeting, which was scheduled to be held in New York City on May 2, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (7:00 a.m. Central Time) at The Roosevelt Hotel New York.  The cancellation is due to the recent announcement that Cigna and Express Scripts have entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger.
