(RTTNews) - Expedia, Inc. (EXPE) reported second quarter net income attributable to company of $449.6 million or $3.38 per share compared to $89.4 million or $0.67 per share, last year. Adjusted net income was $118.5 million or $0.89 per share, for the quarter.

Excluding eLong, net income attributable to the company decreased to $82.2 million from $85.7 million, previous year.
