ExOne Q4 Loss Widens

(RTTNews) - ExOne Co. (XONE), which makes 3D printing machines, reported a net loss for the fourth quarter of $7.2 million or $0.50 per share, compared to a net loss of $3.2 million or $0.22 per share,for the prior-year fourth quarter.

Total revenue for the fourth quarter rose 47% to $15.8 million from $10.7 million a year ago.

Analysts polled by Thomson REuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.05 per share on revenue of $18.54 million for the fourth quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Looking forward, the company expects 2015 revenue to grow 32% to 50%, to about $58 million to $66 million. Analysts currently expect the company to post revenue of $61.77 million for the full year 2015.
